Emmanuel Dooseman Partner, Global Head of Banking
Emmanuel started his career in 1996 as a money market trader in the Treasury Department of Credit Commercial de France (HSBC France).
In 1998, he joined Mazars Paris office and is involved since then in Capital Market audit and advice for various clients within the Corporate & Investment Banking industry in France, Europe and the US. He is today the head of our Corporate & Investment Bank Group inside our Group Financial Services Practice.
As an auditor, he is lead engagement partner of clients such as Natixis, BNP Paribas Arbitrage, and Banque Fédérale Mutualiste.
As an expert on capital market and legacy assets issues, he leads various assignments dealing with valuation process for financial instruments, risk management assessment, due diligence, litigation and the application of accounting standard for financial instrument (IAS 32& 39, IFRS 7, FAS 157, FAS 133) issues.
