Matthew Mittman Partner

Matt has over 20 years of experience providing tax consulting and advisory services and leads the firm’s M&A Tax practice. He works with clients in several industries including manufacturing and distribution, professional services, financial services, energy and infrastructure, and technology. These services include buy- and sell-side tax due diligence, pre- and post-acquisition structuring, restructuring, and incentive compensation planning.

Matt advises several large- and mid-cap multinational groups, family offices, private equity funds, and closely held businesses. He works with other Mazars tax and advisory professionals throughout the United States and internationally.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Master of Accounting Science and Master of Science in Taxation degrees from Northern Illinois University.
