Experience

Jatin joined Mazars in Gauteng in 2016 focusing on large multi-national and listed clients.

Jatin was tasked to strategically carve out the financial assurance division of Mazars in South Africa. He has ushered robust and sustainable growth since inception of the financial assurance division in Gauteng. He is passionate about leadership and has leveraged off his MBA completed at Monash South Africa, as well as Senior Manager Development Programme (Mazars) to continue to inspire his team.

Since joining Mazars – he has gained international financial services experience working at the Mazars in New York office as an Audit Senior, servicing various banks & hedge funds.

He also completed his Block Chain & Cryptocurrency qualification from the University of Berkley California and continues to leverage his respected educationalist role at various leading universities in South Africa to assist the recruitment function of Mazars. Jatin has mentored/lectured over 1000 students whilst being involved in such industry since 2015.

Jatin's key technical focus areas include banking, asset management, financial markets and other financial services providers. He has led various projects beside key regulators in the industry including the South African Reserve Bank and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority. Jatin's regulatory experience includes :
