Charles Guilbert Partner

With a French CPA diploma and business school graduate, Charles began his career in 2011. He is specialized in the audit of companies and international groups of all sizes, from start-ups to worldwide corporations, focusing in particular in the TMT sector.

Charles has expertise in the area of consolidation (especially in IFRS consolidated financial statements), and in the assessment of internal controls (verification procedures, identifying and assessing risks, expressing recommendations for improvements, and implementing monitoring checks).

Since 2019, he jointly leads the Software and Technology sector in France and worldwide. In order to face our clients’ challenges and needs, our team brings together expertise in the Technology sector with skills in audit, advisory, legal and tax – to offer pragmatic and tailor-made solutions.
