Alanna has 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on US GAAP technology and international manufacturing companies. She has performed audits of statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP.

Alanna has experience serving publicly traded multinational companies both in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Her experience includes audits of privately held technology companies and privately held manufacturing and service companies. Alanna’s technology experience includes SaaS, software licensing, AdTech, online gaming, and e commerce Companies.

She holds a Masters in Audit, Accounting, and Finance from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
