Tarifa Simpson Partner – Deal Advisory, Due Diligence

Tarifa has specialised in due diligence since 2003. Tarifa qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a Big 4 firm, working in the Transaction Services team across the UK with a base in Manchester.

Tarifa heads up Due Diligence for Mazars across the North, and leads the firm’s proposition on Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences.

Tarifa has been involved in around 150 deals on the buy and sell side, for corporates and investors, and several cross-border transactions (including US and Europe).

Her clients span across a range of sectors including Industrials and Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Support Services (FM and outsourcing). In the last decade, she have developed a deep specialism in Private Healthcare and Life Sciences organisations.

Tarifa has worked with start-ups, SMEs through to AIM and FTSE-listed organisations, and provided support/advice around strategy, pre-sale readiness and business reviews, carve-outs, financial due diligence, completion mechanisms and SPA, and post-deal considerations.
