Stuart has over 30 years of experience providing audit, accounting and tax services to closely-held businesses, their shareholders, and high net worth individuals.  He assists clients with purchase and sale transactions, cash flow modeling for expansion and other due diligence engagements. Stuart has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo.
