Steve has over 12 years of diversified experience in providing accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services to clients in the manufacturing and distribution (“M&D”) segment. Within the M&D segment he works with clients in the food and beverage and consumer product sectors.

He provides practical solutions to various levels of organizations ranging from single privately held companies through large multi-national groups. He specializes in providing attest services and manages all aspects of the entire engagement from planning through delivery. He has extensive experience assisting clients with complex technical matters such as business combinations related to M&A activity, fair value accounting, foreign reporting, consolidations, contractual compliance, as well as debt and equity instruments. He has experience coordinating the group audit requirements for U.S. parent companies with operating subsidiaries abroad as well as U.S. subsidiary companies reporting to their parent company overseas. He has assisted clients with the implementation of the new revenue recognition and lease accounting standards which will impact all companies by 2021.

Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
