Rain Chong Partner, Outsourcing

With over 13 years of audit and accounting experience in Singapore and Malaysia, Rain leads the Accounting & Advisory practice at Mazars.

Her experiences includes audit and assurance experience covering external audit, financial reporting and capital market (Singapore IPO) with one of the Big 4 firms and professional experience providing accounting, tax and compliance services to international clients doing business in Singapore.

With her expertise in auditing Singapore listed company on Singapore Exchange (SGX), both Mainboard and Catalist markets; and Malaysia listed company on Bursa Malaysia Mainboard, Rain has a strong understanding of Singapore business environment and regulations and is familiar in setting up accounting practices and advising accounting technical treatment.

Her industry portfolio covers manufacturing and distribution, luxury retail, oil and gas, and investment companies.

With deep knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Rain serves as a Mazars global training ambassador of outsourcing services and oversees the technical training of the outsourcing team in Singapore.

She is also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
