Paul has over 25 years of practical experience within consulting and industry, holding several senior Finance Director and Business Improvement Director roles. Paul has delivered finance and business change and turnaround projects in SME, owner-managed, and listed organisations in the UK and internationally. He has specific expertise in accounting, financial management, organisation design, business process improvement, performance reporting, IT, and project & change management.

Work Highlights

Paul has led various business improvement and transformation activities, providing committed and visible leadership throughout the entire transformation process.

These projects include an ERP implementation for a global telecoms company in 52 countries, business transformation, rebranding and systems reimplementation at an FTSE construction company.

As Finance Director of one of the main private sector organisations contributing to the evolution of international carbon markets and policies, Paul helped the business grow, raise private equity funding and subsequently float on AIM.
