Olegs Sejans Managing Partner

Olegs is the managing partner in Latvia, he supervises tax and AOS engagements.

Olegs has more than 20 years’ experience in tax and accounting, as well as extensive experience in financial audit. He has worked for the State Revenue Service of Latvia, the European Commission, the International Finance Corporation, the World Bank and a Big 4 audit firm, and in over ten countries in the Western Balkans, Central Asia and Africa.

A certified tax consultant since 2008, Olegs is a member of the Latvian Association of Tax Consultants.

Olegs has a master’s degree in business management from the Technical University of Riga. Fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian, Olegs also has a good understanding of French.
