Lolita has over 15 years of experience in audit in public accounting firms including the Big 4 in Indonesia and in management consulting in a reputable consulting firm, where she handled audits, compliance projects, IFRS consultancy, and management consulting services of companies. She has been engaged in a broad range of industries such as real estate, manufacturing, banking, energy, utilities, and mining. Her expertise includes end-to-end supply chain within the energy utilities and mining industry.

Lolita is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) and CPA Australia.
