Michael possesses over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in providing assurance services to clients in the real estate industry. His clients include residential, commercial, developers and operators and real estate investment advisors. He has extensive experience with technical applications of GAAP to real estate companies, in particular, the application of business combination treatment upon acquisition and fair value accounting. Michael received his BA in Accounting and Finance from Queens College, City University of New York.
