Corporate employment history

After finishing her studies of International Business Administration at the University of Vienna in 2012, Marianne became Certified Tax Advisor in 2019, the Certified Public Accountant examination has been completed in January of 2021.

She joined Mazars Austria in November 2012.

Her key areas of expertise are: audits of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards, funding audits, expenditure certification, first and second level controls, administrative audits in the funding area, special audits such as foundation, merger, conversion, split and residual asset audits, foundation and association audits, financial due diligence, embezzlement audits, evaluation of internal control and risk management systems, organizational and business advice in corporate processes, support for corporate restructuring.
