Lucy Redding Partner - Tax Advisory I&S and FS

Lucy is a tax partner in our Large, Listed and International Corporate Tax team. She has over 20 years’ experience with a Big 4 firm advising a range of clients from UK listed businesses to multinational groups. She is focused on supporting large corporate groups with UK and international tax issues and joined us in January 2021.

Lucy leads the provision of UK tax services to her clients, proactively advising across all taxes. Her experience covers a broad range of sectors including consumer and industrial products, retail, automotive, pharmaceutical and technology. During her career Lucy has advised clients on complex tax matters including international tax-efficient business structuring, acquisitions and disposals, intellectual property tax planning, tax aspects of finance and treasury matters, tax risks and governance, and accounting for taxation.

Lucy is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She also hosts our popular Let’s Talk Tax UK podcast which considers the top business issues of the day, through the lens of tax.
