In 1998, Luc Marty joined the international partnership of Mazars. He is head of the activity “Forensic & Investigations Services” in France.

Luc is Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He graduated from IEP Paris and from the “Rouen’s Institute of legal studies” (Institut d’études judiciaires de Rouen), and he trained as a mediator of Centre for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP).

Specialist of complex situations within the Financial Advisory Services Department, he also plays a role both in restructuring assignments and in financial due diligence assignments.

He is accredited as an expert by IEAM since 2013, he is a member of INSOL Europe, of the Association Française de l’Arbitrage (AFA), of the Compagnie Française de l’Arbitrage (CFA) and he is the representative of Mazars at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

He is a member of the Valuation Commission of the CNCC (Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes).

He is expert in financial irregularity to European Parliament.
