Kristijan Cinotti Managing Partner

Kristijan Cinotti is the Managing Partner of Mazars in Croatia and Serbia. In recent years, he has been actively leading and connecting Mazars in the Adria region, which consists of Croatia, Serbia, BiH and Montenegro. Kristijan has more than 20 years of experience in auditing, financial and tax consulting. During his career, he worked on company valuations, due diligence, auditing and tax consulting for international and domestic clients. Before starting his own company, he worked in several international audit firms where he was responsible for company valuation, audits, and financial and tax consulting for Croatia and Serbia.

Kristijan is one of the lecturers at the Croatian Institute of Finance on the subject of finance, accounting and taxes. In addition, for a number of years he was the president of the Croatian Association of Appraisers and an active member of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors and the Croatian Chamber of Tax Advisors. He passed a whole series of seminars and workshops in the country and abroad on the subject of finance, accounting and taxes. He is currently a doctoral student at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and the ACCA candidate.

He has licenses as a certified auditor, tax consultant, appraiser and accountant, and is a certified financial forensic expert. He is the author or co-author of the following books: "What entrepreneurs need to know about finance?", "How to pay less tax?", "How to prepare for tax administration supervision?", "Mazars tax consultant", and "Leasing in practice". He is the author of several articles in the areas of financial statement analysis, value-based management, company mergers, leasing and due diligence.

He actively speaks German and English.
