Graduated from NEOMA, Juliette Duriez joins Mazars in 1996, where she specialized in auditing listed groups, particularly in the industrial sector (Thales, Air Liquide, and Pernod Ricard).

 From 2008 onwards, Juliette Duriez has been involved in technical functions and developed the Capital Markets department.

 Partner since 2012, Juliette Duriez heads the Capital Markets department and has extensive experience in supporting groups in their significant market transactions (bond issues, renewal of EMTN programs, spin-offs, mergers, and initial public offerings). She supports audit teams through her expertise in relations with the French Financial Markets Authority, banks, and lawyers, as well as European regulations specific to these transactions.

 She also actively participates in of the National Company of Statutory Auditors on listed companies’ working groups.
