Jonathan Watkins-Baker

Jonathan started his career at Mazars in 2009 as an article clerk and was promoted to Partner in 2017. 

Experience

Jonathan graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Post Graduate Degree in Accounting and completed his articles with Mazars in 2012. He also spent time seconded to Mazars in New York before returning to Mazars Cape Town in 2013.

To date he has been exposed to and has obtained a wealth of experience across various sectors and technical assignments. Currently, Jonathan’s portfolio consists of JSE listed companies and a number other large privately owned companies.

Jonathan has experience in auditing clients involved in the following sectors/industries:

  • Equity investment;
  • Manufacturing;
  • Property;
  • Automotive
  • Engineering
  • Retail
