Jonathan has 17 years’ experience providing audit, review, accounting and financial due diligence to the media and technology sectors. He works with private equity owned companies, start-ups, and family-owned businesses serving their relevant ownership needs.
Jonathan has substantial expertise in a variety of complex accounting-related matters such as business combinations, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition and capitalization of software development. He is actively involved in implementing and managing technology in the audit practice within the firm.
Jonathan received his BS in Accounting from the University at Buffalo.
