Jiří Šimek Audit Partner, Head of Valuation Institute

Jiří Šimek has been working in the areas of auditing and consultation for 14 years. His long-term specialisation is in financial and valuation modelling, including the evaluation of projects using financial analysis methods and the preparation of expert opinions in accordance with the clients’ business plans.

He is a certified expert and valuation analyst in the field of economics – business valuation. He focuses on the preparation and review of professional expert opinions for accounting and for financial reporting purposes and for the courts. The Valuation Institute team under his direction focuses on the preparation of analyses of purchase, sale and financial transactions, the modelling and management of cash flows and present value analyses for individual clients.

 Jiří Šimek’s professional interests also encompass consultation in the area of PPP projects in the Czech Republic. He is a Chartered Auditor with the Chamber of Auditors in the Czech Republic. In the area of audits he focuses on audits of factories and he works closely during transaction consulting. He is also a tax consultant entered in the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic and a certified accounting expert.

Jiří Šimek is fluent in Czech and English and also has passive knowledge of German and French.
