Jim Dolan Partner - Technology & Digital Consulting

Jim is part of the leadership team for Mazars' Technology and Digital Practice in the UK, which provides IT Advisory and Assurance services to clients; Jim is the lead for Advisory Services. He has over 25 years of experience helping clients drive transformation in their business, usually with technology being a foundational component.  The majority of Jim's career has been working for global consulting firms, including Big Four firms.

Jim's role with clients is typically that of a trusted adviser or transformational leader.  His areas of expertise include IT Digital/Strategy, Business, and IT Transformation, Cloud Migration, ERP Systems, Cyber Security, Digital Process Optimisation, Programme Assurance, Programme Delivery, Programme Office Management, Deal Due Diligence, Post Acquisition Integration, System Selection, IT Resilience and Business Continuity and CIO and Board Technology Advisory.

His experience covers multiple industries, with half of his professional career in Financial Services and latterly providing a range of services to clients in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Automotive sectors. Jim has also helped several privately-owned businesses to achieve their transformational goals.

In the past, Jim has presented at events and led thought leadership around Transformation, Innovation, and Digital Leadership, aiming to ensure that Executives are equipped with the knowledge, language, and tools to guide their organisation to grow through the use of technology.
