Innocent Muhangazi Partner

Innocent holds a BSc degree in Surveying from Makerere University, and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University–Edinburgh Business School. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

He is currently in charge of Audit, Quality Assurance and Learning and Development. He has 13 years’ experience in public and private auditing practice in Mazars BRJ and PwC Uganda. He has experience in statutory audits, system audits, internal audits, tax compliance, and financial advisory on clients in Uganda and South Sudan in various sectors including: insurance; banking; manufacturing; logistics; agriculture; trade; SMEs, public sector and Non-Governmental organisations.
