Howard has more than 30 years of experience specializing in SEC/PCAOB and US capital markets services, delivering accounting, auditing, assurances, attest, and tax planning guidance as well as advising clients on matters related to financial management, including financing, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, raising capital through public offerings and private placements, and general business issues.
He has an extensive background in the biotechnology and software industries.
Prior to joining Mazars in 2007, Howard was at Goldstein Golub Kessler, where he provided services to a range of public companies.
Howard graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
