Background

Helena has over 10 years assurance and business advisory service experiences with Mazars and previously with a big 4 firm in Shanghai, China.

As the member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“CICPA”) and served for multi-national clients. In 2002, Helena joined Mazars and has taken part in audit, due diligence and agreed-upon procedures assignments for large international clients. Helena has excellent understanding and sensitive feeling in enterprise’s accounting procedures, internal control system with different fields. She has solid experience and knowledge of the Chinese accounting, tax and business environment, as well as the IFRS and Chinese Accounting Standards.
