Dennis Herholdt Rasmussen is Partner, board member, and responsible for M&A in Denmark.

Dennis joined Mazars in 2013, and he has particular experience in audit, group audit, group reports, international reporting, and IFRS financial reporting.

Dennis has more than 10 years of experience within the audit area, and he is a member of the Institute of State Authorized Public Accountants “FSR – danske revisorer”.
