He spent the last decade in two of the Big Four firms, where he was integral to the development and leadership of their Corporate Security Consulting practices. He specialises in Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Corporate Security strategy and policy build, training, exercising and testing. He has introduced bespoke frameworks for managing Enterprise Risk environments (leveraging the three lines of defence governance framework) alongside technology solutions to a) enable multi-geography physical security audits/ assurance to be conducted consistently, b) gain a dynamic view of global supply chain and mobility risk exposure, considering geopolitical, business and personal risks, with early warning of concentration risks, and c) facilitate gold and silver crisis management teams to respond remotely through the development and implementation of cloud-based crisis management capabilities.
