Chee Keong has more than 14 years of experience with international public accounting firms in Singapore and Malaysia. He is highly experienced with clients aiming for Initial Public Listing (IPO) and Reverse Takeover (RTO) on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKSE). His expertise includes coaching his clients on transforming their SME to a publicly traded firm. Additionally, he is well-versed in financial due diligence in the context of merger and acquisition markets.
Chee Keong is familiar with the financial reporting standards in Singapore, Malaysia and IFRS GAAP. His industry experience spans from oil and gas, logistics, property development and construction, retail and distribution, manufacturing, plantation and more. He has extensive knowledge in auditing listed companies in Singapore and Hong Kong, SMEs, multi-national companies, private funds and private companies.
