Caroline Brown Managing Director

Caroline has over 10 years of experience with Mazars in the US and Europe. She provides audit, accounting, and advisory services to manufacturing and distribution clients, including US GAAP and IFRS reporting frameworks.

Caroline has significant experience working with multinational corporations and manages engagements that involve both the audit and review of financial statements and consolidated reporting packages. She is in charge of component audits such as Thales and Moet Hennessy USA. She is a member of the A&A Council which provides professionals with a resource for learning about current and upcoming accounting developments in the industry.

Caroline has a BSc degree in Mathematics from University of Leeds (UK) and ACA from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
