Bill Schiller Partner – Audit Financial Services

Bill is a partner in Mazars’ Financial Services audit team in London. He is an insurance specialist with a combined 30 years of experience auditing, advising and working in the industry. He has delivered audit services to insurance companies in the UK, Switzerland, and Germany.

He has broad experience as a lead audit partner of international insurance groups with KPMG Zurich (with focus on US GAAP and IFRS). He was the Global Lead Partner to Zurich Insurance Group, responsible for ensuring the provision of best quality services globally to the group, as well as directly leading finance transformation, controls and forensic projects.

Between 2008-13, he held senior finance roles with UK composite insurance companies, notably Liverpool Victoria and a division of Swiss Re. His responsibilities included the provision of financial information under IFRS and the implementation of internal controls programmes.
