Andre Robledo Partner, Transaction Services

André is a strategic M&A, finance, and accounting leader with over 17 years of experience working with investors, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and advisors to execute strategic objectives and achieve business growth. Throughout his career, he has executed more than 250 transactions across a variety of industries in the middle market including leading numerous deals in Latin America.

Prior to joining Mazars, André was a Managing Director with one of the world’s largest accounting, tax, and consulting firms, where he built and led the Florida Transaction Advisory Services Practice. Previously he held various roles, including Director of FP&A for a multinational private company and directed the integration of large asset portfolio acquisitions that doubled the company’s size.

André received a BS in Financial Economics and Accounting from the University of Redlands and an MBA from the Miami Herbert Business School, University of Miami. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
