My goal is to help realize improvement. I do that by taking an analytical look at organizations as an accountant and sparring partner. Every organization is in motion and that motion is driven by people. My vision is that investing in people and their development is essential for achieving goals. I include this in my controls, but also work in this way with my colleagues and teams. Growth and development as keywords.

Specialist experience

• I graduated as an auditor in 2008 and have been working as an audit partner since 2014. Mainly focused on audits of financial statements and related activities such as special statements, testing of internal control and advising on areas for improvement in control and accountability.
• I have gained my professional experience in a broad client portfolio, particularly focused on family businesses, manufacturing companies, service providers, housing associations and companies in transport, logistics and automotive.
• IFRS accredited.
• In 2021, I made the transition to Mazars. Mazars uniquely brings together quality objectives in the accountancy sector and achieving added value for clients. In this environment, based on my objectives, I can also contribute maximally to the actual realization of improvements.
