Experience

Following a number of years in Audit and Transaction Services, Alan decided to focus on the optimisation of finance functions, recognising the need for finance to have a more forward-looking role in businesses. Since then, we have built the team to have specialisms in Strategy, Transformation, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Resilience, PMO and Change Management.
