Robert has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession. He has an extensive background serving national and international real estate entities. Robert’s areas of expertise include strategic tax planning, auditing and financial reporting, due diligence, forensic accounting, financing alternatives, internal controls, investment memorandums, loan structures, cost segregation studies, and business planning. As a recognized industry expert, Robert has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Crain’s New York Business, and on MarketWatch.  He is also a frequent discussion leader for continuing professional education programs and seminars. Robert received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University.
