KritiTaukoordassis an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Walesand qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. He has a wide range of exposure in the audit of diverse local and international clients in sectors such as banking, insurance, agro-industrial, finance and tourism. He also has an in-depth knowledge of the food and distribution sectors in Mauritius and overseas.
Kriti has conducted major assignments in Africa, such as heading up the 'partial privatisation' of the Kigali Airport in Rwanda. This project required the preparation of a five-year plan to assess its viability and secure finance from the European Investment Bank. Kriti also managed the financial feasibility of a cotton manufacturing unit in Burundi, COTEBU, for the World Bank where he proposed specific restructuring options.
