Pat is the firm’s Management Consulting Practice Leader and Office Managing Partner for our Maryland office. He leads major firm-wide business consulting, technology transformation, and strategic initiatives. Pat’s more than 25 years of experience encompass Computer Systems Validation (CSV), Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) for Federal regulatory compliance, and large program management engagements. He also delivers shared services integration, systems optimization, technology strategy, design and implementation, and project management services.

The Maryland office is involved in a number of local organizations, including Caggiano Memorial Golf Event for Veterans, Frederick Rescue Mission and Association for Change.
