Mazars is participating in the Women’s Forum and is publishing an international survey on Generation Y

For the 6th consecutive year, Mazars is a partner of the Women’s Forum which takes place in Deauville from 10th to 12th October 2012. Mazars has decided to start with the discovery of Generation Y and will present the results of the international survey “The Y Revolution?”, conducted among 1011 young people from 64 nationalities, at the Women’s Forum.

An international survey on Generation Y

Wanting to know more about the generation that is arriving in business and questioning the existing model, Mazars has conducted a survey via the internet and social networks, on the aspirations of Generation Y and their relationship with gender equality and business. More than 1000 people from 64 different countries responded to the questionnaire from July to August 2012. This survey was conducted jointly with WoMen’Up, an association that works on the triptych: Generation Y, gender equality and networking on behalf of large companies.

Debates organised by Mazars

The results of the study will be presented during the debate organised by Mazars “The Y Revolution”, and will be analysed by 3 international CEOs.
