Mazars is participating to the Women’s Forum and is publishing an international survey focusing on male and female relations.

For the 7th consecutive year, Mazars is a partner of the Women’s Forum which takes place in Deauville from 16th to 18th October 2013.
Following the success of their previous survey “The Y Revolution?”, Mazars and WoMen’Up are launching a new international survey focusing on men, aiming to understand their perspectives on this world of newly empowered women, as well as on the evolution of the men/women relationships.

Mazars will launch at the Women’s Forum its new international survey “What do men think?”. More than 750 young men from 60 different nationalities answered our questions and more than twenty men from the previous generations gave their points of view. Debates organised by Mazars

The results of the survey will be presented during the debate organised by Mazars “Men and Women in 2013: has anything changed?” on Friday 18th October, from 1:15 pm to 2:00 pm with:

  • Philippe Castagnac, CEO of Mazars Group
  • Carolina Klint, Country General Manager of AIG in Sweden
  • Cut Noosy Keumalafajri, Vice President, Service Partnership Management, XL Axiata in Indonesia
  • Mathieu Rolland, WoMen’Up

Denise Fletcher, independent member of Mazars’ Supervisory Board and Isabelle Sapet, member of the Executive Committee of Mazars in France, will take part to the debate: “Women’s on board: competition or cooperation with men?” on Thursday 17th October, from 11:15 am to 12:00 pm on Mazars’ corner.

CEO Champions Club and Russian delegation

For the 4th year running, Philippe Castagnac has been a member of the CEO Champions Club, global CEO-only group designed to drive progress for gender equality within the private sector, which will meet on October 15th in Paris. On this occasion, the CEOs will present the actions that they have carried out over the course of the year and they will make commitments for the coming year.
Present in Russia for 18 years in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, Mazars wanted to support the Russian delegation, composed of 35 influential women form the business, cultural and political worlds. Florence Pinot, managing partner of Mazars in Russia, and Polina Viksne, Deputy Managing partner of Mazars in Russia are both members of this delegation at the Women’s Forum.
