Mazars merges in Hong Kong: Mazars ranks 6th in the country

On the 1st October 2003 Mazars and Moores Rowland merged their businesses in Hong Kong.

The new entity has been named Moores Rowland Mazars and has 200 partners and employees. With a combined turnover of 12 Million Dollars (13 Million Euros), the business ranks 6th place within the Hong Kong market.

Reinforcing Mazars' presence in southern China completes Mazars' implantations in this country. Mazars is also present in eastern china (Shanghai) and northern China (Beijing).

The Management Committee is directed by Mark Fong, ML Man and Kenneth Morisson.

Mazars set up business in Asia in 1995 (Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, India, and Australia), Mazars thus reinforces its presence in one of the fundamental zones for the expansion of large clients.

Armed with both a European and an Asian culture, Mazars' teams provide services, in all independence, to regional and international companies in order to accompany them in their development.

Patrick de Cambourg, the President at Mazars explains: "Hong Kong is an important financial area and we are happy to have significantly reinforced our presence there. It is strategic for our large European listed companies. It is also an opportunity to develop audits of large publicly listed companies in our Hong Kong offices outside of China."
