In June 2003 Mazars surveyed 425 European listed and non-listed companies in 6 European countries on a range of IFRS issues. With only 18 months to go before EU listed companies have to report against IFRS, the aim of the survey was to gauge how prepared companies are across Europe and their views on the scale of the changeover.

MAZARS, an international auditing and expertise organisation, carried out a survey in the UK at the end of 2002, questioning British business people on the changeover to the Euro. The results of this survey are very encouraging for the future of the European currency.
