History
In 1995 the auditing firm Mazars & Guérard was created. In 1997 the tax and legal consultancy activities of Mazars merged with an office of business lawyers specialized in social law. This merger reinforces a multidisciplinary orientation in 3 areas :
· Tax
· Business law
· Social law

In 1999 gets related to a group of consulting and strategy. Within 5 years the size of Mazars has increased in tenfold.

From the analytical to the synthetic aspect, mazars has developed a global trihedral supply with on the basis a triangulation of the 3 following fields:
· chartered accountancy
· financial audit
· tax and legal consultancy
and at the top the law consultancy.
