History
In 1995 the audit and chartered accountancy office Mazars & Guérard was created. In 1997 the tax and legal consultancy activities of Mazars merged with an office of business lawyers specialized in social law. This merger reinforces a multidisciplinary orientation in 3 areas :
· Tax
· Business law
· Social law

In 1999 gets related to a group of management consultancy and strategy. Within 5 years the size of Mazars has increased in tenfold.
