Graduate of Royal NIVRA, Chartered Accountant, he began his career in 1968. He became a partner with Paardekooper and Hoffmann at the end of 1980, and he became its Chairman in 1992. After the merger with Mazars in 2000, Jos van Huut became a member of the Group Executive Board, and also chairs the Mazars technical Standards Committee. Re-elected at the Group Executive Board in 2006, Jos van Huut will primarily dedicate his time to the management of Praxity, of which he will become the Vice-President for the next three years. Jos van Huut chairs several professional committees within the Dutch Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also on the board a few non-profit organisations.
