The Mazars Organisation consists of all Member Firms which have signed a Co-operation Agreement with Mazars Scrl.


Mazars Scrl

Mazars Scrl is a limited liability co-operative company incorporated in Belgium. The objects of Mazars Scrl are to define the strategic goals of the Mazars Organisation and to co-ordinate their implementation at Member Firm level, and to use, promote and defend worldwide the Mazars brand.


The nature of our presence in the market

The basis of our three types of market presence is as follows:

• Member Firms - Firms which are controlled by partners of Mazars Scrl
• Joint ventures - These consist of strategic alliances with accounting and audit firms which are market leaders in their region and with whom we have combined resources to serve our clients
• Correspondents - Firms without Mazars Scrl partners with which Mazars has signed a Correspondent Agreement.
