Focal areas for development
- In China, Mazars opened its first offices at the beginning of the 90s, first in Hong Kong, then in Beijing in 1995 and more recently in Shanghai.
- In Vietnam, Mazars has a presence in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- In Japan, Mazars and its partner BA Tokyo have offices in Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyoto, with a team of 60 employees.
- In India, Mazars is present through the newly-integrated Kalyaniwalla-Mistry and Dhawan firms, with a total 4 offices in the country.
Developments in Hong Kong
By setting up Mazars CPA Limited in
Hong Kong, a full member of the partnership and of the Praxity Alliance, Mazars is taking a further step in its development in the Asia Pacific region.
Mazars CPA Limited became official in June 2007 following the reorganisation of Moores Rowland Mazars (MRM). The firm provides
audit and tax consulting services to a customer base in Hong Kong and mainland China, made up of large corporations, SMEs and wealthy individuals.
Mazars CPA Limited today employs 170 professional staff and has plans to continue recruiting and to grow the business. Between now and October 2007, headcount is expected to rise to 200.
Mazars CPA Limited is chaired by ML Man. Kenneth Morrison is Managing Director.
