Marie Roucoux Lawyer, Tax Partner

Marie began her career in a business law firm specializing in LBOs, private equity, expansion capital and external growth, where she was in charge of the tax department. Marie then set up her own firm in Le Havre, specializing in tax and corporate law. Marie became a partner at Mazars Société d'Avocats in 2018, in the office located in Le Havre. She advises companies on their day-to-day operations and exceptional transactions, as well as company directors on their personal tax affairs.
