Ioannis Boutsikos Director

Ioannis Boutsikos is Certified Public Accountant and Director at Mazars in Greece with a large experience in audit and consulting. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Macedonia and a Masters Degree in Applied Accounting and Auditing from University of Macedonia.  He  is also Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) from the US Institute of Internal Audit. 

Ioannis has participated in a series of audits of the financial statements of companies under Greek GAAP and under IFRS for listed companies and non listed companies. These audits cover a wide range of business activity such as Industry, Construction, Manufacturing, Commerce, Transportation and Municipalities. He has also been responsible for providing consulting and tax services such as the inclusion in the agreement of consolidation article 99 of pre-bankruptcy law, transfer pricing, due diligence, valuation and mergers in various projects. Finally, he has participated in audit under US GAAP in United States.​​
