Shiv Venkatraman Principal

Shiv leads governance, risk, compliance and technology transformation initiatives across the financial services and technology ecosystems. He has over 18 years of experience leading and executing projects, including operational risk management, process transformation, controls modernization using robotic process automation, security and privacy assessments, compliance reporting, SOX readiness, SOC testing & reporting, data governance & ITGC assessments.

Prior to joining Mazars in the US, he spent 13 years at a Big 4 consulting firm as their governance and controls leader.

Shiv holds a Master in Commerce from Madras University and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (HDSE) from Aptech.
