Nikos Kasouridis Partner

Nikos Kasouridis is Partner and Head of Tax services at Mazars in Greece. He is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by ELTE, with over 24 years of professional experience in audit and advisory.

He has significant professional experience as an auditor covering a wide spectrum of business sectors such as Insurances, Advertising, Renewable Energy Resources, Commercial, Manufacturing and has also performed financial due diligence and agreed-upon-procedures for a large number of clients in a broad range of industry sectors. He is and Audit Partner responsible for Statutory Audits according to GAAP or IFRS. He has been the leader in a series of due diligence projects in Insurance Companies requested by the Greek Ministry of Commerce and also led several due diligence assignments on behalf of Greek companies for their registration in the Athens Stock Exchange as well as for acquisition purposes.

His international experience gained through a number of assignments in Romania, UK, UAE, France and Turkey.
