A graduate of the “École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal” and a chartered accountant since 1985, Michel Brousseau joined Harel Drouin & Associates in 1977 (now known as Mazars Harel Drouin, LLP) and became partner in 1985. Since 2009, he is a partner at Mazars, an integrated international partnership.
Being managing partner of the firm Harel Drouin since 1997, he became a head of Mazars in Canada in 2009 while continuing to serve customers in assurance and consultancy.
Very involved in the Quebec business community, he has been a member on several executive committees, boards of directors and advisory boards of private companies, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, foundations and hospitals. His community involvement has been recognized with a Laureate award by the Montreal business community. He has also worked as a professor and guest speaker.
